Vincent Ong Chin Keong is a Quantity Surveyor by profession and has accumulated over 21 years of experience in the property industry.

 Vincent Ong, 43 years old, graduated with a Diploma in Quantity Surveying in Tunku Abdul Rahman College (TARC) Malaysia. He further his studies in the University of Greenwich United Kingdom, where he completed his studies and was awarded a Bacholor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying.

 Subsequently, he obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Open University Malaysia (OUM).

 Equipped with QS and Business Administration knowledge, he embarked on a journey in the property industry.

 He launched his career as an Assistant QS cum Account Clerk in a Sub-Contractor company. He was involved in 7 projects including condominium and hotel, where he gained precious experience for career advancement.

 As a Consultant QS, Vincent participated in 2 projects between 1997 to 1999, namely an office block and a hotel in downtown Kuala Lumpur.  

 In 1999, he was the Project Manager overseeing 8 construction projects, located in Perak, Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, Malacca, Negeril Sembilan and Johore.

From 2001 onwards, Vincent held the post of Development Manager in local developer Mah Sing Group, where he supervised various housing projects such as semi detached homes and shops in Aman Perdana, Klang, as well as bungalows and semi-detached homes in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam.

In 2003, Vincent established Ideal Management & Service as a response to the strong demands in the market. He envisaged the company to be a holistic market player offering services such as professional project management and consultancy and real estate sales and maintainence.  In the long run, he also aspires to be a property developer.

 From 2005 to 2010, Vincent served as an Assistant General Manager in Sunrise Bhd. Over the 5 years, he has many accomplishments under his belt, including MK3, MK4, MK5, MK10, MK11 condominiums in Mount Klara, and Solaris Mont Klara retail and office mixed development, just to name a few.  Besides He was also involved in the schematic and conceptual stages for MK27, MK30,MK31, MK32, MK33 condominiums.

 Two of his projects won the prestigous CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards, in the categories of Best Architecture High -rise Development and Best Residential High rise Development respectively.
