Staying true to the idea of “Based in Malaysia and expanding globally”, Ideal Management & Service Sdn. Bhd. Continues to consolidate its position in the home market by harnessing on a wide range of visionary strategies, while actively exploring the overseas market.
Since inception, the Company has focussed mainly on the four core ares, domestically and abroad:
1. Project Management Consultancy( PMC) services
2. Property Development
3. Property Sales and Marketing
4. Property Management and Maintainence
Boasting numerous projects located all over Malaysia, the Company takes pride in accomplishing challenging projects with quality that exceeds everyone’s expectation. To date, 17 projects have been completed in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan, while 33 projects are currently in progress. On the International front, IMS has completed various projects too, for instance in Seoul, South Korea and Bangkok, Thailand.
The types of development project, construction and project management that are handled by the Company currently included villas, bungalows, semi deteached homes, townhouses and high end condominiums, as well as commercial properties such as office towers, shopping malls and shops.
In addition, the Company has also locked in five potential projects, two each in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, and one in Malacca. All these projects will be carried out as joint venture with some long time partners.
IMS strives to improve the capabilities and expand the business into different market segments relentlessly. Ove the years, many of the projects have been highly commended by the media.
